学生が主催する、学生チームに焦点をあてたよさこい祭りが、令和元年、高知で誕生しました！若さ溢れるよさこい演舞と、学生時代の青春物語を一挙に楽しめるお祭りです。
　よさこい祭りに先駆けたお祭りとして、学生一丸となり作っていきます。学生が作るよさこいの良さを皆さんに知ってほしい！よさこいのホームとして、高知県をもっと身近に感じてほしい！こんな想いが「とさよさ」を作っています。
 

A yosakoi festival created by students and focused on student teams was born in Kochi in 2019! This vibrant event lets you enjoy energetic yosakoi performances bursting with youth, along with the unforgettable memories of student life.

As a prelude to the main Yosakoi Festival, this event is organized entirely by students, working together as one. We want people to experience the unique charm of student-led yosakoi! And we hope to bring Kochi—the home of yosakoi—closer to everyone's hearts. These are the hopes and dreams behind “Tosa Yosa.”
